About the Journal

Journal of NCDs & Global Health is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by SJC Publishers. The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for the dissemination of high-quality research on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and broader global health challenges, with a particular focus on low- and middle-income countries and African health systems.

The journal was formerly published as SJ Diabetes, Hypertension, and Cancer Research Africa ( 3006-9106, 3006-9092). The title change reflects an expanded scope to accommodate emerging priorities in global health, including mental health, health systems strengthening, social determinants of health, and integrated approaches to disease prevention and care.

The Journal of NCDs & Global Health aims to promote evidence-based policy, clinical practice, and public health interventions by publishing original research, reviews, short communications, case studies, and policy analyses. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific integrity, ethical compliance, and relevance.
